Missed a call? They get a text back in 30 seconds.

The average business takes 42 hours to reply. You'll take 30 seconds.

It's your words, from your business. They text back what the job is and their postcode, and you ring the good ones when you're down off the ladder.

  1. Ring that number from your phone.
  2. Hang up after one ring.
  3. The text lands about 30 seconds later.
  • Same number, same phone. Nothing changes on your handset.
  • Only sends if you miss the call. Answer the phone and nothing happens.
  • Nothing to install and nothing to learn. It just runs on its own.

Leave your number

Two things and you're done. I set it up with you this week, on the phone, in about 15 minutes.

This is what your customers will get:

Sorry we missed you - on the tools at the minute. Text back what you need doing and your postcode and we'll get back to you ASAP. - your name, Dave's Electrical

1 text · we add your first name when we set you up

I read every one of these myself and reply within a day. Your number is used to set you up and nothing else - privacy policy.

Got it.

I'll text you from a real phone within a day to sort a time. Setup takes about 15 minutes and you keep your own number throughout.

While you're waiting, ring the demo number and watch it work.

Three steps. Then you forget about it.

Live in about 15 minutes. Stuck? A human sets it up with you on WhatsApp.

You type one short code into your phone

Takes about ten seconds and you only ever do it once. Your number stays your number, and your phone rings the same as it always has.

We text them back in seconds

Your business name, your words. They text back what the job is and their postcode, so you know if it's worth ringing.

You get a text telling you who rang

Every reply sits in one place. Ring back the good ones when you're down off the ladder.

One job, done properly.

Most software sells you twenty things you'll never use. This does one thing. Here is exactly what you get and what you don't.

What it does

  • Texts back every call you miss, in seconds, in your words, with your business name on it
  • Asks them what the job is and their postcode, so you know if it's worth ringing before you pick the phone up
  • Tells you who rang, straight away, on your phone
  • Keeps every reply in one place, so none of them get lost in your messages
  • Tests itself every week and tells you if it ever stops working

What it doesn't

  • No robot voice. Nothing answers your phone and nothing talks to your customers
  • It won't write its own messages. It sends your one text, then it goes quiet. It will not chat to them for you
  • It won't book jobs in. That's the bit they're paying you for
  • No app to open. Nothing to learn and nothing to log into of a morning
  • No websites, no logos, no bookkeeping. We don't do those, and we'll tell you straight

What a missed call costs you

25–40%

of calls to a one-man outfit never get answered. You're on the tools, not sat by the phone.

85%

of people who don't get through don't ring back. They ring the next name on the list.

42 hours

"I built this because an electrician I know was losing £400 jobs while he was up a ladder. Everything on the market wanted him to learn a new app or put a robot on his phone, and neither of those was ever going to happen. So this does one thing and stays out of his way. Ring the demo number before you give me a penny. I'd rather you saw it work than took my word for it."

Murdoch Founder. I set up every account myself, and you talk to me, not a helpdesk.

One price. No surprise bills.

One job you'd have missed is worth more than a year of it.

Straight answers

Do I need a new number or a new phone?

No. You keep your number and you keep your phone. We give your business a second number that sits in the background and catches the calls you don't pick up. Your customers never see it. They only see your business name on the text.

What if I answer the call?

Nothing sends. It only fires on a call you genuinely missed.

Will my customers know it's a robot?

It's your name and your words, so it reads like you texting from the van. Nothing rings them and nothing talks to them. They get one text, then it's over to you.

What does the text actually say?

"Sorry we missed you - on the tools at the minute. Text back what you need doing and your postcode and we'll get back to you ASAP. - Dave, Dave's Electrical". Yours has your name on it and you can change the wording.

What happens if someone rings late at night?

They still get their text. They rang you thirty seconds ago, so a reply is a reply whatever time it is, and that's where a lot of the emergency call-outs come from. Your own alerts hold back until 7am, unless you'd rather have them straight away.

Is this legal? What about GDPR?

Yes. Texting someone back who just rang your business is a reply to their enquiry, not marketing — it's fully allowed under UK rules (PECR/UK GDPR). We identify your business in every message, handle the data securely, and we never use your callers' numbers for anything else. If you ever want to send promotional texts later, that's a separate thing with its own consent rules — we'll keep you on the right side of it.

What about landlines and withheld numbers?

A text can only land on a mobile. If someone rings from a landline or a withheld number, we can't text them — but you still get told straight away that they rang, so nothing slips past you. You just ring that one back yourself.

Am I tied in?

No contract. You pay monthly, you can stop any time, and there's no card at all to start the trial. If you do stop, we walk you through switching it back off on your phone, one tap, and then we check it's off.

Does it book jobs or answer the phone for me?

No, and it never will. It doesn't answer calls, it doesn't talk to anybody and it doesn't book anything in. It sends one text so the customer knows they've been heard, and it shows you what they said back. You do the rest. That's the bit they're paying you for.

The next one you miss, they get a text back.
